Updating Documentation

Keep Architecture Overview, flows, and repository docs current as your codebase evolves.

When to regenerate

  • After major architectural changes or new services/repos.
  • When onboarding docs feel stale compared to Chat answers.
  • After adding repositories to a project (especially Dependency Graph).

How to update

Open the doc in Health. If content exists, click Regenerate. If empty, use the Generate … CTA. Re-index repositories first if the code on GitHub has changed substantially.

First-sync auto-generation covers Architecture Overview and Application Flows only. Other sections stay manual until you generate them.
